Monthlong Culinary Celebration to Elevate Bermuda’s Food + Bar Scene with Signature Events & enhanced Entertainment

The Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) invites foodies to save the date for the return of Bermuda Restaurant Weeks (RW2025), set to run from January 16 to February 16, 2025. This annual monthlong campaign continues to showcase Bermuda's culinary landscape while offering enhanced experiences for culture-loving travellers visiting in Bermuda’s winter. This year organisers invite diners to ‘Taste the Culture’ highlighted by enhanced entertainment options and extraordinary signature experiences each week.

Signature Events

Chef James Wambui of Cambridge Beaches’ Sunken Harbor will host the kick-off to the RW25 campaign with the launch of the World Culinary Masters signature event on January 18. The west-end property will present a fine dining experience inspired by the iconic Eleven Madison Park. Chef James will present an ode to the Michelin starred restaurant’s 2017 menu which was pivotal in earning the Eleven Madison Park, the top spot in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2017. The Loren at Pink Beach will host a three-day takeover with the internationally acclaimed restaurant, Uchi Sushi. Guests will indulge in an exquisite multi-course sushi-tasting menu curated by Tyler Cole, a James Beard Award-winning chef blending global inspiration with Bermuda’s finest ingredients.

Diners and foodies are encouraged to stay tuned for more details and additional signature events, with collaborations from other culinary partners, including Little Venice, L’Oriental, Huckleberry and Fourways Inn.

Expanding Bermuda’s Culinary Profile
Studies have shown that visitors seek out unique culinary experiences when considering destinations. This is why Restaurant Weeks 2025 seeks to further its mission to position Bermuda as a premier food and beverage destination, particularly during the winter season. With almost fifty restaurants and bars enrolled, this year’s programme offers expanded value and variety. Diners can enjoy three price tiers: $49, $59, and $69 for specially curated multi-course dinner menus, along with exciting RW lunch specials designed to deliver exceptional culinary experiences at every price point.

New for 2025, the campaign is set to feature cocktail-focused experiences, with Bermuda’s emerging mixology scene taking center stage. Newcomers, The Flower Bar and Evolve, will join a host of established cocktail bars and restaurants, to debut exclusive RW pre-dinner cocktail menus, pairing Bermuda’s signature spirits with unique flavours inspired by the island.

A Culinary Tribute to Bermuda’s Local Flavours
In line with Bermuda’s National Tourism Plan, RW 2025 places a spotlight on locally sourced ingredients. Participating chefs have embraced the challenge to craft menus that celebrate the island’s vibrant food culture, featuring dishes that highlight Bermuda’s fresh seafood, artisanal goat cheese, and locally grown produce.

Tashae Thompson, VP of Experiences at the Bermuda Tourism Authority, shared, “This year’s Restaurant Weeks is an opportunity to celebrate our chefs, mixologists, and culinary professionals who make Bermuda’s food scene world-class. They are the true stars of Bermuda’s food scene; and we are delighted to spotlight their talent as we create the types of experiences our visitors are seeking. We invite locals and visitors to discover new favourites and revisit beloved restaurants while enjoying exceptional value and Michelin-inspired creativity.”
