The Best of Bermuda Awards Announces the Winners of the Inaugural Bermuda Hospitality Service Standards Awards

The Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA), in collaboration with The Bermudian magazine, is pleased to announce the inaugural Bermuda Hospitality Service Standards (BHSS) Award winners! As a new category of The Bermudian’s 2024 Best of Bermuda Awards, this prestigious award celebrates service excellence within Bermuda’s vibrant tourism and hospitality sector. The growth of our tourism industry depends on the support of the entire island and awarding exceptional on-island service aligns with our National Tourism Plan. This year’s Bermuda Hospitality Service Standards 2024 Award winners included:

Recognised for their exceptional online footprint and keen awareness of their services and products across various digital platforms, including social media, review sites, forums, and other online channels.

•     Cambridge Beaches: Best Customer Experience in Hospitality & Tourism

Honoured for excelling in providing exceptional service and products, with a primary focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.

•     Beach Boys: Leading Employer in Hospitality & Tourism

Awarded for placing a high value on employee happiness, cultivating positive work environments, and showcasing outstanding community involvement.
