Somerset Long Bay Park and Nature Reserve

Find a secluded beach and peaceful walking trails at this park and nature reserve on the West End. The family-friendly park has a playground, bathrooms and picnic areas, while the surrounding reserve has trails to freshwater ponds that attract migrating birds during the spring and fall. The area is managed by the Bermuda Audubon Society, which has worked to replant native trees like Bermuda cedar and palmetto. Along the coast you'll find a nice stretch of beach that rarely gets crowded, with calm, shallow water.
