Cancellation policy
For reservations with travel dates through to April 30. 2024, and from September 3, 2024 to April 30, 2025:
Guests may cancel without penalty up to 21 days prior to arrival date by 4 p.m. Bermuda Local Time. In the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival the guest forfeits the three-night deposit inclusive of taxes and fees.
For reservations with travel elates from May 1 to September 2, 2024:
Guests may cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival date by 4 p.m. Bermuda Local Time. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the guest forfeits the three-night deposit inclusive of taxes and fees.
