The Japanese Cultural Exchange is a unique four-day festival aimed at showcasing the art of Bonsai in Bermuda while integrating local flavors and experiences. This event promises a delightful blend of Japanese tradition and Bermudian culture, catering to a diverse audience.

Thursday, March 13th: VIP Pre-Show Preview
This exclusive opening event invites VIP guests for an early experience of the exquisite Bonsai displays, offering a sneak peek into the following days' activities. -
Friday, March 14th: Bonsai and Beer
Enjoy a free admission day featuring a special event, "Bonsai and Beer," hosted by Bermuda Craft Brewery. Attendees can relax and savor a unique Japanese Rice Lager from 5 PM to 8 PM, enjoying the fusion of Bonsai artistry and local brews. -
Saturday, March 15th: The "Sake Samurai" Experience
This highly anticipated event features Roger Dagorn, one of only 190 Master Sommeliers globally and the 8th Sake Samurai outside of Japan. Guests will partake in an exclusive sake-tasting experience, sampling five different sakes paired with delicious canapés crafted by Fourways Inn and Goslings Bar. The event runs from 3 PM to 6 PM and is limited to just 88 tickets, priced at $145 for the first 30 attendees and $175 thereafter. -
Sunday, March 16th: Seminar with Peter Chan
Concluding the Cultural Exchange, the Bermuda Bonsai Club will host renowned Bonsai expert Peter Chan from 2 PM to 5 PM. An esteemed horticulturist with 21 Gold Medals from the Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Shows, Peter will share his extensive knowledge and passion for Bonsai, captivating audiences with demonstrations and insights.
