Meet the super star Indian Chef, Sujan Sarkar, and partner behind modern Indian restaurant brands BAAR BAAR (NYC, LA) and the one Michelin star Indienne (Chicago). He has also conceptualised and developed several other concepts over the course of his decades-long career, from modern Middle Eastern restaurant Sifr (Chicago), to India's first artisanal cocktail bar, Ek Bar (New Delhi). He was voted Times of India "Chef of the Year" in 2016, and more recently, Indienne was named one of Esquire Magazine's "Best New Restaurants in America". Sarkar will treat you to an extravagant multi-course meal in Maree with a fine wine pairing. A true Micheline style experience that should not be missed.
